Animal Crossing Tip: keep using the Nook Stop in Resident Services

Don’t miss out on your Miles bonus!

I’m Bobby Jack, I’m a big fan of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and I’m putting together a series of tips for the game.

The 2.0.0 update introduced a handy portable ABD machine that you can use to access your bells from anywhere on your island. Be warned, however: this is not another Nook Stop!

When you visit the Nook Stop at Resident Services each day, you’ll be given a Nook Miles bonus. The value increases each day in a row, up to a maximum of 7 days and a 300 mile bonus.

But be warned: the ABD that you can buy and the Nook Stop in Resident Services are different things! The bonus you accumulate isn’t for accessing your bank, it’s for using the Nook Stop. So remember to check into Resident Services daily if you want to keep building up that bonus!
